About the job
This is a key role focused on expanding our client base and directly influencing our company's growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads through collaboration with all team members involved in sales activities. They will collaborate with our CEO and strong Marketing, Engineering, and Product Departments, getting all the support needed during meetings, conferences, and other activities.
About You
- You have around 2 years of experience in sales or business development roles, preferably within the software development or IT services industry
- You can generate leads utilizing various channels
- You can schedule meetings independently
- You have knowledge of sales techniques and basic terminology about business processes, roles, and organizational structure
- You can present a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- You have experience with CRM software like HubSpot or Pipedrive
- You have experience in small to medium-sized companies, including work with emerging digital products and startups
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills
- You are fluent in English (C1/C2)
- You can travel occasionally if required, to meet clients and attend industry events
- You are ready to take on varying responsibilities as needed

You’ll get to
- Identify and prospect potential clients within various industries and multiple markets
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities through various channels
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify potential clients and decision-makers within target companies, and devise effective sales strategies
- Establish, build, and nurture relationships with decision-makers: schedule and lead meetings, understand their business needs, and present our digital services as solutions to their challenges
- Assist in preparing for major industry conferences, setting up meetings, and representing the company
- You will be a part of our cross-functional business development team
- Collaborate with our technical team to understand our capabilities and effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients
- Collaborate with our cross-functional marketing, sales and product team to conduct sales activities
- Create sales proposals and professional presentations in coordination with our design team
- Manage and update CRM data
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company
Money talk
The range we have in mind for this position is 1100 - 1600 EUR (net), offered along with a competitive bonus structure.
