Your expertise & experience

  • 2+ years of experience working as a recruiter or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Good organizational and administrative skills

What you'll be doing

  • Cooperating with internal departments to determine recruitment needs
  • Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions
  • Sourcing potential candidates through various job boards, such as social media, student events, contacts, etc.
  • Screening candidates to ensure their qualifications match the open roles
  • Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails
  • Closing the full cycle talent acquisition process and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Following recruitment trends to attract and retain the best talents
  • Maintaining data reports and performance metrics, as well as presenting them
  • Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates to ensure a high-quality pool of candidates
  • Representing the company among student organizations and attending career events
