We will be honest, it is amazing to be ranked as one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Central Europe by Deloitte. And to achieve this recognition two times in a row is truly incredible.
We're excited to share that Deloitte has named Devōt the fastest-growing Croatian company and ranked it 4th in Central Europe in 2023.
Deloitte's CE Technology Fast 50 ranking evaluates companies' average growth over four years. Winners are selected by ranking their revenue growth over the four years from 2019 to 2022. This year, Devōt has secured the 4th position with an impressive growth rate of 3 232%. We are the fastest-growing company in Croatia and the top company in the Software category.
Our CEO & Founder, Martin Morava, shared his thoughts:
"Receiving Deloitte's award for the second year running is fantastic! Our team's hard work has paid off. While 2021 was significant for us, our growth in 2022 exceeded our expectations, leading to this award. Our focus hasn't just been on growth; we put a great emphasis on ensuring stability, especially navigating the challenges in the IT sector this year."
He continued, emphasizing Devōt's core principles since its start in 2016:

Now in its 24th year, this competition received nearly 400 applications from 16 countries for the top 50 list. Croatia had five ranked companies, placing it as the third most successful country on the list, following Poland and the Czech Republic. Kudos to all participating companies!
Last year, our company experienced 1 545% growth, securing us the top spot among Croatian software companies and achieving #19 in the overall rankings.
